| To summarize the clinical characteristics of blocking drugs for post-exposure prophylaxis of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in three high risk groups. The inquirer for post-exposure prophylaxis, evaluate post exposure prophylaxis, analyze post exposure time, exposure behavioral risk, exposure source infection status, selection and effectiveness of post exposure blocked drugs, and review relevant literature to summarize the diagnosis and treatment experience for post exposure prophylaxis of HIV. |
