[摘要]?鲍曼不动杆菌是一种需氧非发酵乳糖的革兰阴性杆菌,为医院环境中广泛存在的条件致病菌之一,可导致医院获得性感染,其粘附力强、抵抗力强、适应环境能力强、耐药率高等特点使它成为威胁人类健康最重要的病原体之一。多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌、泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌、全耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的出现为临床治疗带来巨大挑战。双组份调控系统(two component regulatory systems, TCSs)在鲍曼不动杆菌的环境感知和适应中发挥着关键作用,使其在不断变化的环境中广泛存在且长期存活。因此,TCSs小分子抑制剂或可成为抗微生物感染的新靶点。 |

[Abstract]?Acinetobacter baumannii is an aerobic non-fermenting lactose Gram-negative coccobacillus and is one of the mosta widespread conditional pathogens in the hospital environment, causing hospital-acquired infections, its strong adhesion and high drug resistance make this pathogen one of the most important threats to human health. The emergence of multi-drug resistant, pan-drug resistant and fully drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii poses a major challenge for clinical treatment. The two-component regulatory systems (TCSs) plays a key role in the environmental awareness and adaptation of Acinetobacter baumannii, enabling its widespread presence and long-term survival in a changing environment. Therefore, small molecule inhibitors of TCSs may become new targets in microbial infectionstreatment. |
