| [Abstract] The phenomenon of nucleic acid test “re-positive” after recovery and discharge from the corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19 ) has attracted widespread attention, which brings severe challenges to clinical treatment and epidemic prevention and control. This article reviews the epidemiological and clinical characteristics, the possible factors of re-positivity of nucleic acid testing and its potential infectivity in novel coronavirus patients after rehabilitation, providing references for the management of discharged patients with COVID-19 and formulation of reasonable measures the virus prevention and control. |
