[Abstract] HIV-related lymphoma is a common HIV-associated cancerwith poor clinical outcome before the utilization of combination antiretroviral therapy (cART). In the era of cART, significant advances in basic and clinical research on HIV-related lymphoma provided new targets for the treatment of HIV-related lymphoma, andmarkedl yimproved the diagnosis and treatment effects.This review discussed recent advances in the diagnosis and treatment of HIV-related lymphoma.
