| 探究干扰素诱导蛋白-10（interferon-inducible protein-10, IP-10）、IL-37、半胱氨酸蛋白酶-1（caspase-1, Casp-1）在AIDS患者中的表达情况及其与临床特征的相关性。方法 选取2019年2月—2020年2月我院收治的59例AIDS患者为观察组，同期59例健康志愿者作为对照组，其中观察组给予高效抗反转录病毒治疗（high active anti-retroviral therapy, HAART）12个月。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测观察组治疗前后及对照组血清中IP-10、IL-37、Casp-1水平，采用流式细胞仪检测观察组治疗前后血液中CD4+ T细胞水平，采用HIV-1载量检测仪检测观察组治疗前后血浆中HIV-1载量。结果 与对照组相比，观察组治疗前血清IP-10、Casp-1水平较高，IL-37水平较低（P均＜0.05）。与经性传播、无生殖器疱疹、无淋巴瘤患者相比，经血液传播、有生殖器疱疹及淋巴瘤患者血清中IP-10、Casp-1水平较高，IL-37水平较低（P均＜0.05）。观察组治疗后IP-10、Casp-1、HIV-1载量下降，IL-37、CD4+ T细胞水平升高（P均＜0.05）。IP-10与CD4+ T细胞水平呈负相关（r=-0.481，P＜0.05），IL-37与CD4+ T细胞水平呈正相关（r=0.534，P＜0.05），Casp-1与CD4+ T细胞水平呈负相关（r=-0.392，P＜0.05）。结论 AIDS患者IP-10、Casp-1水平表达异常升高，IL-37水平异常降低，可辅助CD4+ T细胞诊断AIDS，并作为预后标志物，用于监测AIDS患者的疾病进展和HAART的效果。 |

| To explore the expression of interferon-inducible protein-10 (IP-10), interleukin-37 (IL-37) and caspase-1 (Casp-1) in AIDS patients and the correlation with clinical characteristics. Methods Fifty-nine AIDS patients who were selected from our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the observation group, and 59 healthy volunteers during the same period were selected as the control group. In the observation group, patients were given high active anti-retroviral therapy (HAART) for 12 months. The serum levels of IP-10, IL-37 and Casp-1 of patients were detected by ELISA before and after treatment in 2 groups. CD4+ T cell counts in blood were detected by flow cytometry before and after treatment in the observation group. The viral load of HIV-1 in plasma was detected by HIV-1 virus load detector before and after treatment in the observation group. Results The serum levels of IP-10 and Casp-1 in the observation group were increased, while the level of IL-37 was decreased compared with the control group before treatment (P＜0.05). The serum levels of IP-10 and Casp-1 in patients with blood transmission, genital herpes and lymphoma increased, while the level of IL-37 decreased compared with patients with sexual transmission, without genital herpes or lymphoma (P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of IP-10, Casp-1 and HIV-1 viral load in the observation group decreased, while the levels of IL-37 and CD4+ T cells were increased (P＜0.05). The IP-10 correlated negatively with CD4+ T cell counts (r=-0.481, P＜0.05). The IL-37 correlated positively with CD4+ T cell counts (r=0.534, P＜0.05), and the Casp-1 correlated negatively with CD4+ T cell counts (r=-0.392, P＜0.05). Conclusions The levels of IP-10 and Casp-1 in AIDS patients increase abnormally, while the level of IL-37 decrease abnormally, which can assist CD4+ T cells in the diagnosis of AIDS and can be used as prognostic marker to monitor disease progression and HAART efficacy in AIDS patients. |
